Performing Arts Scholarships
Wooster wants all students to participate in the performing arts, from the most dedicated bag-piper, to the back-stage set designer who just has a love for art and theatre. We offer competitive scholarships to all students with skills in the performing arts, even those who do not plan on majoring or minoring. Participation in performance programs is required of scholarship winners. Scholarships range from $2,000 to $8,000 and are awarded based upon accomplishment and promise in music, theatre and dance, or the Scottish Arts.
To apply students must complete their application for admission, and scholarship application by January 15. Auditions are required and it is recommended that students audition on campus during a scholarship audition weekend (please note audition dates on each of the applications found below). Only first-year students are eligible to apply for a performing arts scholarship.
