Services for Guests with Disabilities
Parking
The Ebert Art Center parking lot is the designated parking area for guests with mobility impairments. Courtesy golf carts and drivers will be available to transport individuals to the Commencement site on Monday, May 13.
Courtesy Carts
On Sunday, May 12, courtesy golf carts and drivers will be available following Baccalaureate until 2:30 p.m.
On Monday, May 13, courtesy golf carts and drivers will be available beginning at 8:00 a.m. at Ebert Art Center, Holden Hall, Lowry Center, Galpin-Taylor, and Wagner Hall parking lots to transport guests to The Oak Grove (or the Armington Physical Education Center, in case of rain).
Following Commencement, courtesy golf carts and drivers will be available on the south lawn of Kauke Hall (or the Armington Physical Education Center, in case of rain), until 2:30 p.m.
Seating
During Baccalaureate and the Commencement Concert on Sunday, May 12, reserved seating will be available for guests using wheelchairs on the main floor of McGaw Chapel. On Monday, May 13, individuals using wheelchairs can find comfortable seating in The Oak Grove. If Commencement is held in the Armington Physical Education Center due to inclement weather, spaces will be reserved for guests using wheelchairs, and staff ushers will be available to direct families to the appropriate section.
