Summary of Objectives & Goals:  Information Technology

Objective: To strengthen the role of information technology in instruction and administration:

GOALS

With the completed appointment of a chief information technology officer (CITO), the following are judged of high priority for 2004-08:

  1. To implement a fully functional suite of information systems, both instructional and administrative.
  2. To write and adopt a five-year strategic plan for instructional and administrative technology.
  3. To increase investment in information technology.
