Advising at Wooster
Advising at Wooster
You will have several advisors during your four years:
- An advisor during ARCH orientation
- A regular faculty advisor (your First-Year Seminar instructor), this advisor will work with you until you declare a major
- An advisor in your major
- A senior IS advisor
Here's a graphic representation of what your advising path could look like:
ARCH advisor --> FYS Instructor --> Advisor in major --> I.S. advisor
Please note that departments assign advisors in different ways. You will find out more about this once you declare a major.
