Objective
This internship is hosted by the City of Wooster and it is for students who want to launch a business based at the Christmas Run Park near downtown Wooster. The Christmas Run Pool has a concession stand and kitchen. The opportunity is for the intern to take over the kitchen/restaurant and run it from mid-June to mid-August. The students would have the opportunity to transform the menu, manage and supervise the facility and equipment, serve people at the pool and people who work downtown that may want to go to the park for a workday lunch. The intern will have the opportunity to experience the managerial aspect of running a business.
