Who We Are
The Thirsty Dog Brewery Internship is an opportunity for students to work with Thirsty Dog Brewery to develop and possibly launch a strategic initiative.
Objectives
The student will work with brewery management to develop, research, and plan for the repurposing of spent brewing ingredients. Of particular interest are the alternative uses of grains that are used in the brewing process and then typically discarded or composted. Research and planning for a venture to use the spent grains for items such as dog biscuits are the primary focus.
