Students with Learning Disabilities
The Learning Center coordinates the provision of academic adjustments and auxiliary services for students with learning disabilities. Appropriate academic adjustments will be considered on a student's particular disability once the student has presented clear documentation of the disability and discussed disability-related needs. To make arrangements for securing appropriate accommodations and to ensure proper professor notification, students should contact the Director of the Learning Center at ext. 2595.
Students with physical disabilities often make use of the services of the Learning Center. They should first contact the Secretary of the College (ext. 2313) to be certain all appropriate documentation is on file in that office.
All information regarding a student's disabilities shall remain confidential. Should students wish to notify professors or other college personnel, they must first sign a written consent to authorize release of information.
