Marilyn Loveless, Horace N. Mateer Professor of Biology, and Chair of the Biology Department at the College of Wooster will present... topic to be determined.

She received her B.A. from Albion in 1971 and her Ph.D. from Kansas in 1984.

Marilyn is interested in genetic organization of plant populations & effects of ecological factors in shaping population genetic structure with focus on pollen & seed dispersal primarily in tropical rain forest species in South America.  She examines the genetic structure of mahogany and works with pollination ecology, reproductive biology & evolutionary ecology of plants.
