Biography, Performance, and Research

Julie Stuneck was appointed at The College of Wooster in 2000. She has performed as bassoonist with Akron Symphony, Canton Symphony, Erie Chamber Orchestra, Erie Philharmonic, Lyric Opera Cleveland, and Youngstown Symphony. She is Co-principal bassoonist of Lakeside Summer Symphony. She is Director of Music Ministries at United Methodist Church, Stow, Ohio. She also teaches preschool music. Her prior teaching experience includes the University of Akron , Saint Louis School in Cleveland Heights and other parochial schools in the Greater Cleveland area, Cleveland Heights High School, and the Cleveland Music School Settlement.
