Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies majors develop the follow skills, among many others:

1. Identifying cultural and gender implications of policies and decisions
2. Researching and extracting relevant information
3. Developing perspectives and strategies through analysis of past experiences
4. Interviewing, collecting and communicating relevant data
5. Documenting and presenting information in written and spoken form
