Student Applicaton
The application for HHMI summer research will ask you to upload a one page resume. It will also ask you for responses to the three items listed below. Please have these responses prepared before begining the application.
- Statement of research interests/career goals. (Limit to 1-page)
- How will participating in your first choice project contribute to your academic, professional, and personal objectives? Give a specific example.
- What strengths (academic and non-academic) do you bring to this project that will contribute to its sucess? Describe previous research experiences (includeing advisor, location, dates) and other experiences that hightlight strengths not apparent from your transcript. If you are applying for a mentoring postion, include relevant experiences and skills.
