Stephen Lucey, Assistant Professor of Art. B.A. Wesleyan
University, 1989; M.A. Rutgers University, 1995, and Ph.D., Rutgers
University, 1999. Professor Lucey teaches Ancient, Medieval
and non-Western art. He was a Fulbright scholar (1997) and fellow
of the National Gallery of Art, Washington, DC (1998). His research
specialization is early medieval Rome. He has published articles
on the development and function of church decoration in the Middle
Ages.
