Walter Zurko, Professor of Art. B.A. University of Wisconsin 1977; M.F.A. Southern Illinois University 1980. Offers courses in three-dimensional design, ceramics, sculpture, and drawing. He has received Individual Artist Fellowships from the Ohio Arts Council recently and has completed a residency at the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, Massachusetts. He was an artist-in-residence at the Foundation Svoboda in Prague, Czech Republic, in 1996 and at the Artist Residence in Herzliya, Israel in 1998. Recent exhibitions include Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, and Southern Ohio Museum, Portsmouth, Ohio.
