- Former All-American Kate Dunne was named 2002 NCAA
Woman of the Year for the state of Ohio. Heither Heitsenrether also
garnered the same honor in 1998.
- Wooster finished with double-digit wins (11) for the
10th-consecutive season in 2007.
- The Scots have won five NCAC titles since 1984, including
2006 when they went a perfect 12-0 in conference play.
- The Scots' .654 all-time winning percentage
(457-232-41) is the best among Wooster's women's sports teams.
- The Scots have had 14 players named to the All-America
Team since 1991, including Anlyn Addis ('07) and Amanda Artman ('10)
in 2006.
- Wooster had seven players named all-conference in 2006,
including Amanda Artman ('10), who was both NCAC Offensive Player
of the Year and Newcomer of the Year.
- The Scots had five players named to the all-region team
in 2006, led by Anlyn Addis ('07), Amanda Artman ('10), and Miranda
Leickly ('07) on the first team.
- The Scots have finished first or second in the NCAC eight
times in the last nine years.
- Kate Dunne, Miriam Esber, and Emily White ('02s) along
with Heather Heitsenrether ('98) and Katie Doyle ('96) were named to
the NCAC All-Decade Team.
- Head coach Brenda Meese won her 300th career game in
2004. She owns a record of 216-123-4 in 18 years at Wooster.
- Head coach Brenda Meese entered 2007 ranked 15th in the NCAA (all divisions) in victories (329) and her 518 games coached is No. 14 in that category.
