Did You Know?

  • The Scot golf team is the only Wooster sports team to win an NCAA Div. III national title (1975).
  • Wooster has made 22 apprearances in the Div. III NCAA Tournament since 1970.
  • While the Scots play their home matches at the Wooster Country Club. the campus is home to the L.C. Boles Golf Course, an 18-hole course free to students.
  • Andy Van Horn ('07) garnered first-team all-conference honors for the second time in his career in 2007.
  • Pat Lynch ('08) finished tied for 8th at the 2007 NCAC Championships and earned second-team all-conference honors for the season.
  • Michael Tilden ('05) took medalist honors in four tournaments in his career, including twice at Kenyon's Spring Invitational.
  • Four of Wooster's top five golfers finished in the top-30 at the 2007 NCAC Championships.
