Over the years, we have had to pause in our routine and pay tribute to colleagues who have had to leave us for one reason or another. It is at these times that we can truly express our feelings (since there will be no chance of a pay-back). Thus has begun the tradition of the "Biology Roast". Below are the actual texts from the roasts. Our only request is that the English department not demand that the Biology faculty will need to satisfy a Writing Requirement before promotion.
