Welcome to the home page for the course, Issues in Biology:Disease. We have tried to design a site that you will find useful as the class unfolds. It contains an explaination and description of the course (About The Course), a detailed syllabus (Course Syllabus), links to a variety of outside resources (Links), contact information for the teaching assistants (Teaching Assistants), and announcements that you may have missed or forgotten specifics about (Announcements). This site contains additional features that will (hopefully) add to your understanding of this topic.
In general, you should frequent this site weekly, at least to be sure you are aware of all announcements. You should also visit some of the links to learn more about cell/molecular biology or about a specific disease that fascinates you.
