Directions to the "BIO 306" folder on the Software Server.

1. Open the Chooser under the Apple menu.

2. In the Chooser window (see below), select "AppleShare", "Network Services", "ACS Software Server", and finally OK.

3. Next, connect as a "Registered User" with the name "Bio 306 Student" and the password "genetics"; then click OK (see below).

4. In the ACS Software Server window (shown below), choose "Classroom Server" and click OK.

5. The Classroom Server Icon (not shown here) will appear on your desktop. Open it by double-clicking.

6. In the Classroom Server window (shown below), open the "Biology" folder, and then the "BIO 306" folder.

7. Look inside this folder and enclosed folders for class handouts.

Note: You can make an "Alias" of the folder for easy opening later.
