What is the BSA?
The BSA is a student organization that seeks to educate The College of Wooster and
greater Wooster community about the history and cultures of African Americans and the
broader African Diaspora.


Who can join?
Anyone! The BSA is happy to include any person who has an interest in learning about the
Black experience and teaching others about it.

What can I do in the BSA?
The BSA has a number of committees that students can serve on.  Our standing committees
include the:
  • Events Committee
  • Political Action Committee
  • Community Service Committee
  • Black History Month Committee
The are also a number of other committees that may change from year to year, depending on interest and
relevance.

When are metings?
Meetings are held every Sunday at 5:00pm in the BSA Lounge located on the ground floor of Douglass Hall
