Non-Hazing Compliance Form
All Clubs and Sections must file this form with the Director of Student
Activities along with the New Member Education Proposal to certify recognition
of and compliance with the College Non-Hazing Policy. All members must
sign the form. The Committee on Social Organizations will not review
the New Member Education Proposal until this document is completed.
Non-Hazing Agreement
We have read and understand the College Non-Hazing Policy. All activities
sponsored or required by our organization are within this policy.
