Committee Appointments

In connection with the foregoing powers, the Council may appoint committees to accomplish its purposes and invite members of the campus community to participate as nonvoting members in the proceedings of the Council. The Council may utilize administration, faculty, and students of the campus community to provide information and may use these groups to gather opinions and suggestions from constituent members.
