Senior Independent Study Evaluation Questionnaire
To All Senior Psychology Students:
To help The College and the Psychology Department in our efforts to
assess our academic goals and programs, please fill out this evaluation
of your Independent Study Experience.
Because it is important to the program of Assessment to receive feedback
from all seniors, we are, reluctantly, making your receipt of your I.S.
grade contingent on returning this questionnaire. We appreciate your
help with efforts of assessment across the college, and we value your
feedback about your Senior I.S. experience in the psychology major.
YOUR RESPONSES WILL HAVE NO EFFECT ON YOU SENIOR I.S. GRADE.
All responses will be held by Mary Spencer until after Commencement.
