First Year Applicants
First Year Applicants
Wooster accepts two types of applications the Common Application and the Select App. Each has a slightly different set of requirements. We also have several application deadlines Early Decision, Early Action, and Regular Decision.
Early Decision: November 15, 2009
This is an ideal option if you are certain that Wooster is the right college for you. Early Decision is considered binding, so if you choose to apply under this option, you must also submit the Early Decision Agreement. If you are still unsure if Early decision is right for you learn more here.
Early Action: December 15, 2009
Early Action is a non-binding option that offers you an admission notification earlier in the process, and still allows you to consider other colleges and universities. As an Early Action applicant you will receive an admissions notification by January 15. Early Action applications have until May 1 to make their college decision.
Regular Decision: February 15, 2010
Should you choose to apply regular decision you will recieve an admissions decision by April 1. If you are accepted and choose to enroll at Wooster, you must submit a $350 enrollment deposit by May 1. Please note that some of our scholarships require a January 1 or January 15 application deadline.
