The Office for Research and
Grants assists faculty and staff at the College in the following ways:
 Helping to identify funding sources, through manual and
electronic searches
Maintenance of and familiarity with a resource library of
private and public funding sources
Obtaining guidelines and application materials
Assistance and advice with project development and proposal
preparation
Understanding federal regulations
Help with FastLane and other on-line submission programs
Providing proposal and budget review to assure compliance with
funding source and College requirements;
Coordinating internal reviews and approvals
Providing information about current grant-funded projects at Wooster
Facilitating post-award administration and reporting
