- Primary Resources on Microfilm or Microfiche
Listed below are some of the major microform sets held by the CONSORT libraries. Most are non-circulating, so must be used in the owning library. Microfilm and microfiche may seem like outdated media in the digital age, but this format is still viewed in the library community as one of the more stable storage media. More importantly, there is a lot of valuable material in these collections that is not available in any other form. The Alger Hiss case : basic documents.
