Evaluating Web Sites

Objectives:

Context:

The twin towers of the World Trade Center in New York City were completed in the early 1970s and destroyed by terrorists in 2001. Early in 2003, an architectural competition to determine a design for rebuilding concluded, with much discussion about how the ensuing project, including a memorial to the victims of the Center’s destruction, would reshape the future direction of urban design as well as this part of New York.
