- All groups are required to turn in the Non-Hazing Compliance Form,
which is to be signed by the president, the new member educator(s),
all active members and the advisor(s). This form must be submitted
with the new member education proposal.
- Clubs and Sections are to submit their proposal of new member activities
to the Committee on Social Organizations no later than noon on Friday,

- During and after the meeting with CSO, the Committee will indicate
any areas needing revision, clarification or elaboration. If a proposal
needs significant change, Club or Section leaders will need to talk

will be set by CSO. Each Club and Section must have an approved proposal
by the end of fall semester (December 5) by 4 p.m. in order to conduct
