Michael Curtis, guitar. Appointed 1995. B.Mus., University of Akron, 1984; M.Mus., Univer-sity of Arizona, 1987; D.Mus.Arts, Cleveland Institute of Music/Case Western Reserve University, 1993. Additional study in Seville, Spain (flamenco music), Uruguay (Fulbright Scholarship) and Ecuador (Rotary Scholarship). Guitar study with John Holmquist, Thomas Patterson, Ste-phen Aron, and others. Many performances in the United States and abroad. Many arrangements and published articles. Has taught guitar at Bowling Green State University and The Inter-American University of Puerto Rico. Has released two CDs and is working on more.
