Introduction to Music Therapy
Provides an overview of the profession including current terminology,
history, and practical application of Music Therapy for several
client populations. Assessment of personal qualities necessary to
become a music therapist is an on-going process of the class. Observation
of music and related-area therapists is required in addition to
classwork. One-half course credit. Required of all B.Mus.Ed. (Music
Therapy) majors. Annually. Spring.
