College Mourns the Passing of Susan Simeral Mendiola

10-year employee passes away after long illness

WOOSTER - The College of Wooster notes with sadness the passing of longtime employee Susan Simeral Mendiola. A computer programmer at Wooster for the past 10 years, Mendiola died on June 22 at Cleveland Clinic following a long illness. Born in Elyria on Feb. 24, 1955, she had been a Wooster resident for the past 30 years. She is survived by her husband, Tim, as well as a son, Tony, and a daughter, Christy. Words of comfort may be shared with the family. Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Northern Ohio Chapter, 23297 Commerce Park Road, Cleveland 44122.
