WOOSTER, Ohio — Thinking about college, but now sure how to get started with the application
process? Then make plans to join a group of professionals from The College of Wooster for a college information night on Tuesday, Oct. 26, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in Kauke Hall (400 E. University St.).
The free session will include helpful advice about how to complete an application, write an essay, apply for financial aid, inquire about athletic and extracurricular participation, and a host of other topics.
“We understand how daunting the college-search process can be, especially for those going through it for the first time,” said Scott Friedhoff, vice president for enrollment and college relations at Wooster. “That’s why we want to open our doors to the community and share our insights with those who have questions. We really want to provide this service to our neighbors in Wayne County and
surrounding areas.”
To register for the program, send an e-mail with the
names of the people who will be attending by Monday, Oct. 25. For additional
information, please call 800-877-9905.
