Course Materials Requisition
The due date for submitting course materials requisition information for Fall 2014 semester is April, 18, 2014. This due date is set to accommodate HEOA requirements (.pdf), improve returns for student book sell-backs, and increase eligibility for in-store rentals.
Ways to Submit Course Materials Requisitions
You can submit your course materials request in any of the following ways:
- Submit the online course materials requisition form (Preferred)
- Email the following information to Mike Hicks:
a. Course number, and title
b. Semester to be used
c. Book title, author, ISBN#, publisher
d. Expected course enrollment
e. Suggested quantity
f. Status: required, optional, or specific use (explain)
g. Preferred format: paper, loose-leaf, digital (as available)
h. Any supplement material or information concerning the course
i. Contact information: office & cell phone
- Fax or mail the paper form (.pdf).
- Submit information in person at a bookstore computer or on a paper form.
NOTE: You will not receive a confirmation copy if using the paper form.
Course Materials List Posting
The official course materials list for The College of Wooster will be posted online and in the campus bookstore on May 5, 2014.
Because the bookstore is only one of many sources where students will acquire course materials, it is imperative that the information you provide is accurate and as complete as possible. Multiple submissions per course are acceptable but cancelations are strongly discouraged.
Bookstore personnel update the online course materials list as necessary.
