Return Policies

Course Materials

Full refund/credit for course materials will only be given during the first week of the semester for materials that are returned in the same condition as purchased, and accompanied by receipt. After this time, store credit for the purchase value will be issued through the first six weeks of the semester when accompanied by verification of the dropped course and the original receipt. Course materials are eligible for return only if they are in the same condition as originally purchased except in the case of publisher defects.

All Other Merchandise

These items are returnable within ten days of purchase, with original receipt. They must be in unused, resalable condition. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment was made, or in the form of a store credit voucher (as indicated above).
