Payment by Check
To make a payment by check, the check should be made payable to The College of Wooster and may be made in person in the Business Office or by mail to The College of Wooster lockbox. Lockbox payments should be mailed to:

Credit Cards or E-Check
The College of Wooster accepts credit and E-check payments through Official Payments. There is a 2.5% service fee applied to credit card payments.
Payment Plans
The entire year’s academic costs may be spread over a ten-month period (June through March), without finance charges, by enrolling in this plan. Administered by Tuition Management Systems (TMS), the non-refundable annual application fee required to enroll in this option is $70 for applications received by TMS through July 31; the fee increases to $125 for applications received after July 31. A TMS Monthly Payment Plan brochure with an application form is mailed to students during the Spring. The College now offers a 5-month plan for Spring Semester. This plan begins in November and runs through March if you would like the option of spreading out your payments for the Spring Semester. Because one-half of the annual budgeted Monthly Payment Plan is credited toward each semester's fees, a family who estimates their Fall Semester net fee of $8,000 should establish a $16,000 Monthly Payment Plan annual budget. Initial annual budget amounts that are calculated using estimates of financial aid for the academic year may be adjusted at a later date by a family contacting Tuition Management Systems.
Wire Payments
The College of Wooster has partnered with peerTransfer to streamline the tuition payment process for our international students. With peerTransfer, you are offered excellent foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) and save a significant amount of money, as compared to traditional banks. You will also be notified via email when your payment is received by the school.
