International Education Week

The Office of International Student Affairs, in collaboration with various campus offices and student organizations, will be hosting its annual International Education Week (IEW) from October 31 - November 8, 2014. Our theme for 2014 is "Around the World in Seven Days".

A plethora of events will be planned for this special week, giving the Wooster community a variety of opportunities to experience and further its knowledge of international issues and different cultures that our global community has to offer.

Schedule for International Education Week 2014 ** Please note: all times and locations are subject to change. Check email and COSMOS for updates**

IEW is a joint initiative of the U.S. Department of State and the U.S. Department of Education. Its goals are to celebrate the benefits of international education and to recognize the global exchange environment between the United States and other countries. On the national level, IEW was first held in 2000. We are proud to say that IEW has been celebrated at the College of Wooster for more than thirty years. The first festival was initiated by foreign language faculty in the 1970s.
