Woo@First GLANCE (International Student Orientation)

Woo@First GLANCE is a three-day program for international and exchange students, global nomads, and language assistants which is designed to introduce them to the College and American culture. The program begins with arrival on Saturday the 17. Woo@ First Glance starts Saturday evening 17- Monday the 19th evening. The program is mandatory for nonimmigrant visa holders.

NOTE: All non-immigrant vias holders participating in Woo@First GLANCE must make travel arrangements that will allow them to be at the Cleveland Airport (CLE) no later than noon on Saturday, August 17, if they wish to take advantage of the Wooster shuttle back to campus. Particiapants arriving after noon should make their own arrangements to reach campus.

Please confirm your attendance by emailing us. Permanent residents and Americans living abroad are invited to join us and they should also email us to confirm their participation. Participants move into their fall housing assignments on Saturday August 17. The program continues throughout the day and evening on August 18 and 19. The participants also join the ARCH program on Tuesday and Wednesday, August 20 and 21, and the New Student Orientation starting on Thursday, August 22. Classes start start Monday, August 26.
