Susan Lee is the Associate Dean of Students for Multicultural Affairs.  An alumna of the College of Wooster, she returned to the College in 2002 as assistant dean of students and director of multiethnic student affairs.   A long time higher education professional, Lee also worked as director of multicultural affairs and employment equity at Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio, as director of academic services, and as an academic affairs associate dean at The Cleveland Institute of Art.  She has a master’s degree in higher education administration with emphasis in counseling psychology from The Ohio State University, and a bachelor’s degree in black studies from The College of Wooster.
