Adjunct Instructor of Opera Workshop of Music - Part Time
Part time position for an instructor for Opera Workshop beginning January 15, 2018. Primary duties include music-directing and staging the annual undergraduate opera workshop course which includes opera/music theatre scenes.
Master of Music/Master of Fine Arts or equivalent professional teaching experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated success in directing a college-level opera production course is required. Musical/linguistic expertise and keyboard proficiency required. Candidate must demonstrate evidence of successful teaching and the ability to be a congenial colleague.
Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining students is highly desired.
