*** IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ***

Part of the registration process for Alcohol Wise involves entering the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. If you do not yet have a Social Security Number, do not worry! Please enter any 4-digit number of your choosing (you may also use this number as your "Student ID Number" as well). PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THE NUMBER THAT YOU CHOOSE!!! The purpose of this 4-digit number is that if you forget the password that is sent to you after you enroll in Alcohol Wise (so that you can log in/out of the online program at your convenience), the company that administers the program can ask you for this 4-digit number to verify that it is really you.
