Mummy

Dena Cirpili of Objects Conservation Services removing soot from the Wooster mummy coffin in preparation for its display in The College of Wooster Art Museum's exhibition "Ancient Ohio/Ancient Egypt." The mummy and its coffin, given to the College in 1885, was damaged in the 1901 fire that destroyed "Old Main."

Every week we feature a photo or selection of photos that highlight one of the unique aspects of The College of Wooster.
