Research with Undergraduates
All of Wooster's physics faculty are actively engaged in research involving undegraduates. During the academic year, this research is nourished by the College's nationally-recognized Independent Study program. During the summer, it is facilitated by our NSF-REU program, which began in 1994. Students in the program have come not just from Wooster, but also from 40 colleges or universities in 19 states. (In turn, Wooster students have performed summer research at many other institutions.)
