Earthquake Cake!

Cake Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flaked coconut
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 cups powdered sugar

Frosting Ingredients:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 T. cocoa
1/4 cup cola
1/2 cup melted margarine

Directions: Grease and flour a 9x13 baking pan. Spread nuts over bottom of pan,
then sprinkle with coconut. In a large mixing bowl, prepare cake mix as directed on
the package, and pour over nut mixture. In a smaller bowl, beat cream cheese and
powdered sugar until smooth. Drop by teaspoons over cake mix. Bake at 350 for
45-50 minutes or until done. For frosting, combine all ingredients until smooth and
spread over cooled cake.
