General Information :
Publicity for SGA is done by the Public Relations Committee, chaired by the Secretary of Public Relations. The Secretary of Public Relations for the 2006-2007 school year is Kelly Wisniewski, who can be reached by email at kwisniewski09@wooster.edu. If any ad-hoc or standing commitee needs posters, fliers, web postings, or articles written for The Voice, it is best to contact her directly giving at least 48 hours notice. While posters and fliers can be made faster, web postings and articles are on behalf of SGA Cabinet or full sentate and need appropriate approval. One should keep in mind that the Cabinet meets on Mondays and the Senate on Wednesdays and while most is done via email, articles require a vote.

One may use the publicity form and turn it into Kelly Wisniewski (box 3071) or send an email with the following information: title of event, location, date/time, and sponsor. Also, time of publicity is needed: posters, fliers, WHN, The Pot, SGA bulletin board, and/or the website.
