Student Advocates for Diversity
Student Advocates for Diversity

Student Advocates For Diversity (SAFD) is a student-led group on campus that focuses on issues of diversity and its importance in education and life. As a group, we have three main goals: (1) to facilitate conversation about issues that involve diversity, (2) to promote diversity in activities, and (3) to celebrate diversity through various festivities. We are a group of students that believes that diversity is crucial to one's Liberal Art's learning environment and that diversity is a way of life. Without understanding and celebrating one another's differences, we are unable to appreciate the richness that our community offers.
