Update your Officer List?
Please complete the Cabinet Information Form and submit the form to The Student Activities Department.
Start a new club or organization or change your existing organization?
First, decide on what kind of organization you want to start with our quick guide for student organizations.
If you wish to create a recognized group, submit an application for a recognized group and a mentor agreement form.
If you wish to create a chartered organization, submit an application for a charter and an advisor contract.
Please stop by the Student Activities office or schedule an appointment with Kevin Carpenter (x2061) with any questions, ideas, thoughts, or considerations about your student group. You can also make an appointment with the student desk worker in person or at x2062.
Discuss the role of an Advisor?
All student organizations are required to have a faculty or staff advisor or mentor. To discuss this process and their reponsibilities, set up an appointment with Kevin Carpenter (x2061) or come down to the Student Activities Office. The advisor contract and mentor agreement also include expectations and responsibilities for your advisor or mentor.
