To positively promote the adaptive sports movement through support, mentoring, and encouragement of community participation.

Description

The PUSH organization was founded in 2012 to promote the adaptive sports movement at The College of Wooster and throughout Wayne County. By hosting events and fundraisers throughout the school year, we are able to educate people about the challenges disabled athletes face. We work with and raise funds for a local non-profit, Adaptive Sports Program of Ohio (ASPO), who helps provide athletic opportunities for individuals with physical disabilities. Through events such as the Power Soccer Tournament, Sled Hockey Tournament, and Seated Volleyball Tournament we are able to raise awareness and funds for adaptive sports.
