Kayla is the primary support for the newly formed Retention Team.  In addition to supporting the retention efforts on campus, Kayla is also responsible for triaging the needs of the students, faculty, staff, and parents who call or visit the office.  She also assists with the implementation of major campus events including Family Weekend and the Senior events surrounding commencement.  

She has a daughter and currently resides in Orrville.
