Robyn leads the newly created retention team and collaborates with offices across campus to improve retention and overall student satisfaction.  In addition to her 1-1 work with students, she also is the Chair of the First Watch Committee which is an early intervention program designed to identify and support struggling students.  She also chairs the Financial Emergency Committee and assists students who are considering taking a leave of absence or withdrawing from the College. 

Robyn has a son in kindergarten and a 2 year old daughter.  She and her husband, Doug, are graduates of The College of Wooster and are happy to be able to give back to their alma mater.
