Student Voting Information
The 1998 re-authorization of the federal Higher Education Act includes a requirement that the College make a "good faith effort" to make voter registration forms available to all enrolled students.
Prior to each general and primary election, the Office of the Dean of Students will e-mail all students, as well as post an announcement to the College's daily newsletter "Wooster Headline News," the student newspaper, "The Voice", and the Lowry dining hall table bulletin "the POT ("put on table"). The announcement will advise students of the procedure and deadline to register to vote in Wayne County, Ohio should they choose to vote locally.
