Campus Dining Services Catering

Thank you for considering The College of Wooster Campus Dining Services as your catering provider. The following pages include our menus and prices. Information about room rentals, AV/IT equipment, table centerpieces, and other College support can be attained through our Catering Office.

Plan your event as early as possible. Campus Dining Services requests that you contact the Catering Office or 330-263-2358, at least 5 business days before the event date. A late fee may be imposed for processing catering requests with less than 5 business days notice.

A guaranteed count will be required at least 3 business days prior to an event. The guaranteed count will be the number used for purchasing, staffing, and billing. The billing amount will reflect the guaranteed count or the actual guest count, whichever is greater.

A maximum of 2 different entrees may be selected at least 5 business days in advance if your party is larger than 12 persons. If you choose 2 different entrées, we need to know the exact number of each entrée at least 5 business days in advance.

Our menu prices, gratuity, and Ohio State Tax (if applicable) will be applied to the final bill.
